The roller manufactured with this compound is now coming with 2 years warranty.

For use on all types of Continuous dampening systems, it provides a fine. even & Consistent film of Water to the plate. The hardness ranges 20-35 shore A. Uniform hardness & special surface ensures that the dampening Solution is dosed in line with the machine running speed-Supplied as a standard on all new Heidelberg Al color Systems.

One of our new innovations is our newly developed compound “Hard Rock’, This is a specially developed compound that has a very fine finish and is very hard & durable. The mechanical and chemical resistance properties of “Hard Rock’ is very superior to any traditional medium and it increases the service life of the rollers even in the most demanding conditions such as increased surface temperature, higher friction efficiency, swelling tendencies of mineral/vegetable oil based ink which becomes significant in high-speed machines.
